Viral Salmon Bowl

Ingredients
1 Cup White Jasmine Rice
2 Sockeye Salmon Fillets
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mayonnaise Sriracha
1/2 Avocado, sliced
1/4 Cucumber, thinly sliced
2 Seaweed Strips
Sesame Seeds (for garnish)
Chopped Green Onions (for garnish)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Olive Oil (for drizzling)
Directions
1. Cook the Rice:
- Cook your rice according to package instructions. Let it cool slightly.
2. Bake the Salmon:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. (Cooking time may vary based on the thickness of the fillets.)
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for a couple of minutes, then flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
3. Assemble the Bowl:
- In a bowl, place the warm rice as the base.
- Flake the baked salmon over the rice.
